June 23rd is a day of MoCHIP Child Safety Awareness in the state of Missouri by proclamation of Gov. Nixon. Please observe this day by discussing “Stranger Awareness” & “Internet Safety” with your children. Empower them to trust their instincts and discuss their misgivings. Go one step further and check our calendar at mochip.org and either update your child’s ID or have your children ID’d. Our website provides a vast amount of information on safety discussions, safety contracts, statistics and a great number of organizations such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children that can help educate parents and children.
Thank you Missouri Parents for being proactive and making MoCHIP #1 in child safety!
Happy MoCHIP DAY!!!!
